What is Ping or signal bar looking thing I see in matches?
The signal bar you see next to peoples names tells you how good their connection to OMGPOP is. So the more
bars, the better their connection, and the less likely they are to lag. Although sometimes people will have fewer
barsand still be fine in the game, so be nice to people even if they have low signal!
How do I earn COINS?
There are a few ways you can earn coins right now, with more coming soon.Right now you earn coins by logging
in every day. You also get coins by coming in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in games with 5 or more people. You can alsofill

I'm lagging all over the place what is up with that?
First check out your own connection. Do you have lots of tabs open on yourbrowser? Are you downloading
something? Now back tous. We are constantly trying to optimize our games, however sometimes aslow internet
connection/computer (whether it is yours or that of afellow player) can add a dash of lag to your life. We are
alwaysworking to keep the site running fast and when possible add even moreservers throughout the globe to make the
site accessible to everyone.
There is problem with a game. :(
We're always working to improve upon games and making new editions of them, this can cause some issues if the
old version of the game is still in your computers memory. You should try clearing your web browsers cache/cookies,
then restarting your web browser. Don't worry it's a breeze to do!

When I make changes to my profile and/or pictures they don't save.
If you're making changes to your profile, make sure you're not using any foreign or wacky characters (no
offense to any fonts out there), because it won't save. If you still can't get it to work, send EXACTLY what
you're trying to update to us via the Feedback tab and we'll tell you what you need to remove to get it to work!If
your photo is not uploading, try uploading from a different browser and checking to see your antivirus program
isn't interfering. Most picture uploads should only take a few minutes to show if successful.
How do I change my profile picture?
To change your default photo you click on the "me" tab, then click "myphotos", click on the photo you wish to
make your default and thenselect "make this my main photo". Now, there can be a bit of a delaywhen you make changes
to your profile, so just hang in there it willchange!
I can't connect to games, HELP!
Let's see if we can help you get connected! It's likely that a firewall is blocking your connection to the
games. If you are behind a firewall make sure to add an exception to allow our website to connect with your
computer. If you are trying to play from a work/school computer, check with your IT dude regarding possible
firewall/proxy issues. You might also try clearing your web browsers cache/cookies, then restarting your web
browser. Don't worry it's easy to do!

How do I change my name or profile name?
Click on the "Me" tab, then "Edit Profile", change the "Profile Name" field and save. Remember, make sure the
name you want to use isn't already used by someone else or it won't save. Also, stick to just using numbers and
letters, using other symbols and stuff may prevent it from saving too. Don't forget to be patient while it takes
effect!
My pictures won't upload!
The pictures you upload should appear after a few minutes. If they aren't showing, you might be having a
firewall issue or trying while the site is really busy. There are some folks that have issues uploading their pics
because of a firewall on their computer or router, in those cases you may want to try and upload from adifferent
computer or check with your resident computer pro friend to help out with your router/firewall. In other cases, if
you're trying while the site is reallybusy, give it a shot a little later.

How in the world do you add friends?
There are a couple of ways to send friend requests:
-The first is to use the Friends > Invite Friends button at the topof the page. By temporarily giving us your
email login information, wecan look at your address book and invite the friends of your choice.
-If you only want to invite one friend whose email address you know,click on Friends > Invite Friends, then on
the left side select'invite a friend.' Enter your friend's email address, and he'll besent an email address.
-Alternatively, if you know a friend's username on OMGPOP, you can type that into the 'search' field at the
top of the page. From your friend's profile page, you can click on "Add Friend" underneath your friend's profile
picture to add that friend.
-Finally, if you're playing a game with someone and would like to addthem as a friend, click on their profile
picture while waiting in thelobby between games. Select 'Add Friend'.
This person is really annoying can I block them?
Yes! To block pesky users click on the person who you want to block’s icon, and then select ‘block’. Ifyou
decide you want to unblock them you can click on their icon and select ‘unblock’.
OMGPOP why have you changed your name? I loved IILWY!
We noticed that lots of people were typing the wrong name into theirbrowser and that our name was a little too
long. In changing the nameto omgpop.com we just tried to keep it short. We realize lots of peoplelike
iminlikewithyou and that url will still and always work. But mostof all, the games, the people and the site are
exactly the same andeveryone told us that's what mattered most.
My account got suspended sup with that?
Your account becomes temporarily suspended when a certain number of usersreport you in a certain time period.
Often this can occur because ofbad language, aggressive behavior or spamming. Do your best to be kindand polite in
the community and you're unlikely to have any issues! Ourreporting system is a work in progress; we apologize if
you wereunjustly suspended. Although, if you feel you were wronged, send ussome feedback using the red feedback
tab on the site. An enjoyable,fair, and safe environment is important to us!
I can’t login/ I forgot my password.
Make sure you are logging in using the email address you signed up with andNOT your username. Click on the “I
forgot†button above the passwordfield and enter the email address you signed up with. A new passwordwill be
emailed to you. If you used a bogus email, we won’t be able toemail back to you.
Random numbers have been added to my username and my profile has been reset.
That happens when you login with your aim email account and you already havean existing username that you
registered with another email account.Try logging in with your other email address (not your aim) andpassword,
things should be back to normal then!
I really need my account deleted, how can I do this?
Oh no! We hope you will reconsider! There is currently no magic buttonthat you can press to delete your
account, but if you must go you cansend a feedback from the account you want deleted asking us to deleteit for you.
Be sure to let us know why!
I’m having trouble with the site, the games, profiles, my gf/bf, school, work, etc…
Well the solution to all your problems just might be clearing your webbrowsers cache/cookies, then restarting
your web browser. Don't worryit's a breeze!
